Introduction
Chapter 6:
Inspection of CTUs
- For freight containers and, under certain circumstances, for swap bodies and road vehicles, a safety authorisation panel may be prescribed by the provisions (annex 4 CoP). This chapter explains what to look for during an inspection.
- CTUs must be checked for structural integrity. This chapter sets out the critical points for the integrity inspection.
