Basic regulations

There are some basic regulations for special transports. You must clarify whether they apply to your transport and convert the relevant regulations correspondingly.

Separation regulations

Packages and dangerous goods, which potentially interact dangerously, must not be packed in the same package and may not be loaded next to one another in the aircraft.

For these, the separation requirements of Table 9.3.A must be observed. These requirements are in force regardless of whether the danger is a main danger or a subsidiary danger.

In addition to the packing instructions for each type of dangers goods, the following must be taken note of:
The amounts of the different dangerous goods must be limited, so that "Q" does not exceed the value of 1, "Q" being calculated according to the following formula:

Q = n1/M1 + n2/M2 + n3/M3 …

n1, n2, etc. = net amounts per package
M1, M2, etc.. = maximum permissible net amount per package
