Obligations of the shipper

- all applicable requirements (from the classification up to the declaration and the keeping of documents) are met.
- the personnel involved is trained in accordance with its responsibilities.
- at least one copy of the documents required for air freight is retained for at least 3 months (Section 1.3.4 IATA-DGR).
