Transport documents

Obligatory information according to ADR in the transport document:
  • Name and address of the sender
  • Name and address of the recipient
  • Number and description of consignments
  • Total amount of each dangerous good
  • UN number (UN nb)
  • Proper Shipping Name (PSN), possible hazards in brackets
  • Hazard label for the primary hazard and any secondary hazard(s)
  • Packing group (PG), if necessary
  • Tunnel Restriction Code (TRC)
  • Additional entry "ENVIRONMENTALLY HAZARDOUS" or "WASTE", if necessary
  • A declaration as required by the terms of any special agreement.
Order of DG information:

UN nb + PSN + Hazard label nb. (subsidiary risks) + PG + (TRC)

UN 1992 FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS, TOXIC, N.O.S. (toluene and methanol), 3 (6.1), II, (D/E), ENVIRONMENTALLY HAZARDOUS

When applying subsection 1.1.3.6 (Exemptions in relation to quantities that are carried in each transport unit):
The total quantity and the calculated points score for the dangerous goods for each transport category according to paragraphs 1.1.3.6.3 and 1.1.3.6.4 must be specified.
