Password and account security
For its e-learning programs ARCADEMY may require you to open an account, and only registered users may access these pages. You must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. Privacy data protection Security
As a provider of a publicly available electronic communications service, ARCADEMY takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard security of its services, if necessary in conjunction with the provider of the public communications network with respect to network security. We do not intend to market or sell personal data about you to third parties.
The information requested for the final test may be tracked and stored in a database. This information is handled strictly confidential and there is no hand over to third parties. The certificate achieved is a simple affirmation of the course and not an official diploma endorsement. Any legal intervention is excluded.

ARCADEMY prohibits listening, tapping, storage or other kinds of interception or surveillance of communications and the related traffic data by persons other than users, without the consent of the users concerned, except when legally authorized to do so by law.
Cookies

Applicable law
Any legal claims or lawsuits in conjunction with the ARCADEMY website or its use are subject to the interpretation of the laws of Switzerland, except for the provisions of international private law and the Hague Convention relating to a Uniform Law on the International Sale of Goods of July 1, 1964 and in the UN Sales Convention of April 11, 1980.
